§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding distance contracts, payments, deliveries, complaints, and consumer rights.
  2. To use the Store, a device with an internet browser, internet access, and an active e-mail address is required.
  3. Prices displayed on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and are provided in Polish złoty or another currency depending on the Store settings.
  4. Postanowienia Regulaminu stosuje się do konsumentów oraz – w zakresie przewidzianym prawem – do przedsiębiorców na prawach konsumenta.
  5. The Store offers only Products made to the individual order of the Customer, according to their specifications (including dimensions, materials, colors, configuration).

§2. Definitions

  1. Customer – a natural person (including an entrepreneur with consumer rights), legal entity, or organizational unit that places an Order or uses other Store services.
  2. Product – goods available in the Store, in particular furniture, including those manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications.
  3. Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a sales contract with the Store.

§3. Pre-contractual Information

  1. Before placing an Order, the Customer receives clear and understandable information about the main characteristics of the service, the total price including taxes, any additional fees, available payment and delivery methods and deadlines, as well as the complaint procedure and the right of withdrawal, if applicable.
  2. The Store ensures transparency of the purchasing process, including providing the delivery cost and time before concluding the contract.

§4. Placing Orders and Concluding the Contract

  1. Orders can be placed via the Store website 24 hours a day.
  2. The Customer selects the product and specifies its parameters available for that product.

Parameters may include in particular:

  • product dimensions (e.g. length, width, height, depth)
  • type and color of fabric or material
  • type of finish
  • decorative elements (e.g. buttons, crystals, studs)
  • other personalization options available for the product

The scope of available personalization options depends on the specific product and is indicated in its description on the Store website. Placing an order means accepting the product parameters selected by the Customer.

  1. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of order receipt via e-mail.
  2. The sales contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by the Seller.

§5. Payments

  1. The Seller provides different payment methods depending on the delivery country.

Poland

  1. online payments via the payment operator Przelewy24, including:
    • szybkie przelewy bankowe
    • BLIK
    • credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard)
  2. payment using Google Pay or Apple Pay
  3. cash on delivery – payment made when the order is delivered by the courier or transport company
  4. traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account
  5. deferred or installment payment via the Klarna system

Europe

  1. payment by card (Visa, Mastercard)
  2. payment via PayPal
  3. payment via Klarna
  4. payment using Google Pay or Apple Pay
  5. traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account
  6. cash on delivery if available in the destination country

Order processing begins after:

  1. payment for the order is credited
  2. a deposit/advance payment is credited for custom products
  3. order confirmation by the Seller in the case of cash-on-delivery payment.

The Seller reserves the right to require a deposit or full prepayment for custom orders or products made according to the Customer’s specification.

The Seller also reserves the right to limit the availability of certain payment methods depending on the delivery country, order value, or individual arrangements with the Customer.

Product prices in the Store may be displayed in different currencies depending on the Customer’s location.

§6. Order Processing

  1. Products are manufactured individually; the order processing time depends on the type and specification of the product and is stated in the product description on the Store website.
  2. The typical processing time is 10 to 25 business days, unless the product description states otherwise. For more complex projects, the processing time may be extended, and the Customer will be informed accordingly.
  3. The processing time is counted from the moment of:
    • payment confirmation
    • deposit/advance payment confirmation
    • order confirmation by the Seller in the case of cash-on-delivery.

§7. Delivery

  1. The transport method is selected individually depending on the size of the order and the delivery location.
  2. Deliveries are carried out via transport or courier companies (e.g. DHL, DB Schenker) or carriers specializing in furniture transport.
  3. Delivery date and details may be agreed individually with the Customer before shipment.
  4. Products may be delivered fully assembled or in parts intended for simple assembly by the Customer (e.g. attaching legs).
  5. Assembly instructions may be included in the shipment or provided electronically.
  6. Delivery includes transportation of the product to the specified address.
  7. The Seller and transport company are not obliged to carry the products into a building or apartment unless agreed otherwise before shipment.
  8. The Customer is responsible for verifying whether the product can be brought into the destination location (e.g. door width, staircase, elevator).

§8. Receipt of Shipment

  1. The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier.
  2. If damage to the packaging or product is noticed, a damage report should be prepared with the courier.
  3. The damage report constitutes the basis for complaints related to transport damage.
  4. Accepting the shipment without reservations confirms the correct condition of the packaging.

§9. International deliveries

  1. The Seller delivers within Europe and to selected countries outside the European Union.
  2. Shipping costs depend on the destination country, order size, and chosen transport method.
  3. For shipments outside the EU, the Customer may be required to pay additional customs duties or taxes according to the regulations of the destination country.

§10. Order cancellation

  1. Order cancellation is not possible after the payment or deposit for the order has been credited.
  2. Changes to the order are possible only after prior contact with the Seller and depend on the stage of order processing.

§11. Warranty

  1. All furniture offered is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date the product is delivered to the Buyer.

  3. The warranty does not cover:
    1. improper use of the product
    2. lack of proper care or maintenance
    3. natural wear resulting from normal use
    4. uszkodzeń mechanicznych powstałych po wydaniu produktu Klientów
    5. repairs or modifications made by the Customer or third parties
    6. external factors such as moisture, fire, flooding, or other random events
    7. damage caused by the Customer

§12. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-prefabricated items manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. custom furniture) pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

§13. Complaints – statutory liability and warranty

  1. The Store is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail (shop@ozzidesign.eu) or by post. It is recommended to include a description of the defect and photographic documentation. Response time: up to 14 days.
  3. Independently of statutory liability, the Store may provide a warranty as described in these Terms.

§14. Prices and Reviews

  1. The Store publishes Customer reviews about products. Reviews come from real customers, including those from sales platforms where the Store’s products are offered. The Store does not publish fake reviews or commission them.
  2. If the Store uses price personalization (e.g. dynamic pricing), this information is displayed next to the price.

§15. Customer Account and Newsletter

  1. Creating an account is optional; purchases can also be made without registration.
  2. Marketing consents are voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

§16. Material Differences

  1. Colors of fabrics and materials may slightly differ from photos due to monitor or device settings.
  2. Natural materials such as wood may show natural variations in structure or shade, which does not constitute a defect.
  3. Due to the nature of furniture production, small dimensional differences are acceptable. Dimension tolerance may be ±2 cm.

§17. Personal Data and Cookies

  1. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Store. The use of cookies is described in a separate Cookies Policy.

§18. Language Versions

  1. These Terms are available in several language versions.
  2. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.

§19. Applicable Law

  1. For sales within the European Union, Polish law and EU law apply.
  2. For sales outside the EU, the Store respects mandatory consumer protection regulations of the Customer’s country of residence if they provide a higher level of protection.
  3. In other matters, Polish law applies.

§20. Final Provisions

  1. The Store may amend these Terms for important reasons (changes in law, functionality, or security). Customers will be informed 14 days in advance. The current version of the Terms is published on the Store website.
  2. These Terms apply from 13.03.2026.
