Warranty period
All offered furniture is covered by a 24-month warranty, calculated from the date the furniture is handed over to the Buyer.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers only physical defects of the product resulting from causes inherent in the sold product.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
- improper or non-intended use of the product,
- lack of proper care and maintenance,
- natural wear and tear of materials,
- mechanical damage,
- modifications or repairs carried out independently by the Customer,
- external factors (moisture, flooding, fire, changing environmental conditions),
- fault of the Customer or Consumer.
Returns
The product is made to the Customer’s individual order. The Customer specifies, among other things, the dimensions, material and colour, which means the product is manufactured according to the Consumer’s individual requirements. For this reason, returns are not possible.
Order cancellation
Order cancellation is not possible after the payment has been credited (including the payment of a deposit).
Any changes to the order are possible only after prior contact with the Seller and depend on the current stage of order processing.
